Jamila “Mila” Adams went at Cardi B by name after a Massachusetts jury cleared Stefon Diggs.

Adams was Diggs’ live-in chef in Dedham. She accused him of slapping her and putting her in a chokehold on December 2, 2025, during a fight about pay and a Miami trip. She went to police later that month. Diggs was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault. On May 5, 2026, a jury found him not guilty.

Six days later Adams posted a video. She did not need to say Cardi’s government name for people to know the target. They share a son born in November 2025.

“The way he treated you when you were pregnant, the way he talked to you when you were pregnant,” she said. “The way he treated you in the delivery room, the way he treated you after the baby. The same person that abused you abused me.”

The caption and follow-up lines match the graphic: she was put in a horrible situation, nothing in court was aimed at Cardi, and “Cardi you know I didn’t lie. You know exactly who he really is. He did it to you.” She added that a man at war with himself will hurt others and that “women are just collateral damage.”

She said texts showed how he belittled Cardi. She did not drop the messages in that post.

The timing was the point. Diggs and Cardi had just been photographed together at a Mother’s Day event for his foundation. The internet read it as them being back on. Adams used that window.

Context on Adams matters. At trial she said the relationship with Diggs started as friends, became sexual, then turned into a $2,000-a-week live-in job. She testified she and Cardi had talked about matching outfits for Art Basel. Defense lawyers pressed her on what she left out of the first police report, including that history. She said she was scared of how she would look because Diggs was in a public relationship with Cardi.

Diggs denied the chef assault through his lawyer from the start. He has not issued a detailed public reply to the pregnancy claims in the coverage that followed the video. Cardi has not posted a confirmation or a denial that matches Adams’ delivery-room story.

There is a separate civil case from another ex, Mulan Hernandez, still on the books in Texas. That is a different filing.

What Adams put on Instagram is not a verdict. It is an accuser, after a loss in court, telling the mother of Diggs’ child that the jury did not hear the whole house. Cardi is the one who would know if the texts and the delivery room match what Adams described. So far she has not answered that on the record.
