The 29-year-old beauty mogul revealed during an appearance on the Better Half with Stas & Vic podcast that she wants to increase the size of her breast implants, telling longtime friends Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel that the idea has become a regular topic of conversation.

“I do want them bigger,” Jenner said during the Aug. 26 episode. When her friends indicated that the admission was hardly surprising to them, Kylie made clear just how often she discusses it: “I say it every day.”

Jenner said she wants them “bigger and more out there,” before joking that she wants her chest to enter a room before she does. Stassie and Victoria laughed along, noting that Kylie has been talking about wanting to size up for approximately a year.

The conversation comes after Jenner made headlines for doing something celebrities have traditionally avoided: publicly sharing remarkably specific details about her breast augmentation.

In 2025, a TikTok user asked Jenner for the “order” she gave her surgeon to achieve her look. Rather than keeping the information private, Jenner responded with the details, saying she had 445cc silicone implants with a moderate profile, placed partially under the muscle. She also identified Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher as the doctor who performed the procedure.

Her response went viral, and the subject resurfaced during the Better Half conversation. Kylie explained that she had not expected her disclosure to become such a major story. She said Fisher subsequently began receiving calls from people seeking information, requesting interviews and, in some instances, claiming connections to Jenner's team.

That discussion ultimately led Kylie to reveal that the specifications so many people had been trying to recreate no longer represent what she ultimately wants.

She wants to go larger.

Her friends weren't surprised. They said they had been hearing the idea from Kylie for the past year, making the podcast revelation less of a sudden decision and more of a cosmetic change she has apparently been considering for some time.
