NBA YoungBoy affiliate NBA Ben 10 was shot inside a Houston restaurant on April 8, 2026, and is alert and stable after early death rumors spread online.

The shooting happened late that night at Confessions in Houston’s Upper Kirby area. Houston Police Lt. R. Wilkins said two people were hit. One was shot multiple times in the torso. The other was shot in the arms and legs. Both were taken to a hospital in critical condition at first.

Police said the incident started as a confrontation over jewelry. During the fight, a man pulled a pistol and started shooting. Investigators later identified Detroit rapper AllStar JR, whose legal name is Jeremy Christopher Ford, as the suspected shooter.

NBA Ben 10, whose real name is Ben Anthony Fields, is a Baton Rouge videographer and longtime member of the Never Broke Again circle around NBA YoungBoy. After false reports that he had died, OG Monique posted, “Ten is alert. Stop the made-up stories.”

Fields later confirmed he was conscious and recovering. He posted that life support was never an option and that he was up on God’s timing.

Police reviewed video and interviewed witnesses. No public statement from NBA YoungBoy was issued in the first hours after the shooting.
