Drake is officially planning to take his music back around the world in 2027.
Speaking with CTV’s etalk around the Toronto premiere of his FOMO: Fear of Missing Out film, Drake confirmed that touring is part of his plans for next year, while also teasing that there are “some big shows” on the horizon.
“Obviously [a] tour is coming,” Drake said. He then gave fans the biggest indication yet of the scale of the upcoming run, saying he expects to be out in 2027 to see “everybody again across the world.”
For now, however, the announcement is just that: confirmation that Drake intends to tour. No official tour name, dates, cities, venues or supporting acts have been revealed.
The announcement arrives as Drake continues a major run of new material in 2026. His FOMO project premiered in Toronto on September 15, combining cinematic sequences, celebrity appearances and previously unheard music into what Drake described as a “not so short film.” The project included unreleased collaborations with artists including Don Toliver, Yeat and PartyNextDoor.
A 2027 tour would also bring Drake back to the road following several major touring runs in recent years. His It’s All a Blur Tour traveled across North America in 2023 and 2024, with 21 Savage and J. Cole appearing during different portions of the run. Drake later took his Anita Max Win Tour to Australia in 2025 before touring Europe with PartyNextDoor later that year.
Exactly what Drake has planned for 2027 remains unknown. His reference to “big shows” could indicate additional performances beyond the tour, but he did not provide specifics during the interview.
What is confirmed is that Drake expects to be back on the road next year — and this time, he is describing the plans as global.
“Hopefully you’ll watch FOMO,” Drake told fans, “and we’ll see you on tour soon.”
